Theresa immediately took care of a situation with loud people in the next room. She is always helpful when we stay here.

Theresa called me after we had left to tell me the cleaning staff had found a shirt I had left. Luckily we had gone to eat and hadn't left town yet. This is exceptional customer service and it builds loyalty.
